Stamping presses up to 150 tons and 150-ton hydraulic presses; our tooling area makes our own molds.
Bending & forming
Sheet metal bending, pipe bending, roll forming, L-profile punching and riveting.
Welding
Welding robots and spot welding for consistent, repeatable joints.
Powder coating & plating
In-house automatic powder coating line, 30 tons per shift. Zinc plating are done by our partners. Standard specs, custom on request.
Plastic injection
Plastic injection molding machines up to 380 tons for plastic parts and components.
